GVEC, Clearcable & GLDS Collaborate on Advance Troubleshooting

Gonzales, TX & Hamilton, ON – Clearcable, Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative (GVEC), and Great Lakes Data Systems (GLDS) joined forces to deploy Clearcable’s NOMS OSS with Cambium Subscriber Module and Adtran provisioning, diagnostics and monitoring.
Clearcable will also be implementing its’ latest Cartograph PNM Software for advanced troubleshooting and mapping of Adtran ONU’s and Cambium elements as exposed by available API’s from Adtran’s AOE and Cambium’s CN Maestro. The deployment features Clearcable’s Fibre Plant Overlay module that allows technicians to quickly determine the location and affected components of a plant failure.
The implementation will deliver full flow through provisioning from GLDS’ customer management, billing and provisioning systems for device activation, service changes, and diagnostics for both ADTRAN and Cambium.
